Exclusions:
- Control Panels are billed extra, based on requests
- Root access is included as part of VPS services
- Application Software will be out of scope for management, unless and otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement
- Setup of any other software, other than that mentioned in the plan would be billed extra
- Bandwidth will be tracked and extra bandwidth consumed will be billed on a Monthly basis
- Remote Management Services (L2/L3 ) will be extra which will include - service requests ( other than incident and problem management)
- Default backup services would include 12 Hours RPO and 4 Hours RTO. Other backup services would be charged extra
- Remote monitoring and management services will include only a single server OS instance, single VM instance and a single database instance. All extra server, database and VM instance will be billed extra.
- No redundancy of server is included. Redundancy would incur extra charges
- High-availability setup is not part of regular service catalog, but can be provided as an add-on service
- Ability to provision servers as and when needed for a temporary basis
- Ability to add RAM for intensive processes
- Ability to scale as and when required
- Ability to track infrastructure usage and optimize management based on the same
- Ability to view usage reports
- Hardware upgrades included
